analyzer.beyondXC.cloud is a continuously evolving web service for browser-based IGC analysis, map visualisation and technical flight evaluation. The service supports users in reviewing uploaded data, but it does not replace official flight preparation, mandatory reports, safety checks or legally required publications.
1. Beta Status and Availability
Individual functions may be in beta or test stages. There is no claim to uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a fixed feature scope. Content, interfaces and calculations may be changed, restricted or discontinued for technical, organisational or legal reasons.
2. No Warranty for Analyses and Content
The information, maps, altitude calculations, airspace checks, weather references, track metrics and other results made available on analyzer.beyondXC.cloud are provided for information and technical support only. No warranty is given for accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability for a particular purpose.
3. User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for the data they upload, review, share or rely on. Before any operational, competitive or publication-related use, all results must be checked independently for plausibility and against the relevant authoritative sources.

6. Uploaded IGC Files and Result Links
Uploaded IGC files and associated metadata are technically processed and stored for the functions you use. If you trigger email delivery or share result links, visibility and access occur within the scope initiated by you.
7. External Services and Links
analyzer.beyondXC.cloud may integrate or link to external map, weather, analytics or payment services. The relevant providers are solely responsible for the content, availability, privacy and security standards of their own services.
8. No Legal or Flight Advice
The service does not provide legal advice, flight instruction, safety clearance or regulatory approval. For legal, meteorological, operational or safety-relevant matters, qualified expert advice must be obtained.
